In case you’re wallowing in self pity today..

… see what jerked me out of mine.

So You Think You Can Dance is one of the few shows I end up watching late at night. After this, I’m not sure I care anymore.

  1. I’ve seen this one before. Everytime I watch something like this it fills me with shame to be feeling sad about not having enough. Like the leading lady in Step Up II says: It’s not what you’ve got… it’s what you do with what you’ve got.

  2. Apart from the sheer astonishment with the nimbleness of their movements, what struck me was the depth of their performance. So passionate and emotive their performance was! I loved it. Thanks for posting it.

  3. Hi Thanks for the post – I decided not to watch the video today: saving the precious thing for a rainy self-doubt day which is bound to come at least once a month :).

  4. They must be so happy to be able to continue doing what they do. I don’t know what I would do if I were to lose an arm as a writer. Maybe learn to write with a pen again and have it typed out.

But these guys are perhaps even more successful than they were before – talk about turning adversity to your advantage! Quite inspiring.

    Awesome music too

  5. That. Was.Astounding ! I am a huge ballet fan but this choreographed sequence was quite something else! Forget about the h thingy..frankly but for the bathos in the music it was not blatantly perceptible.

The closest thing to enduring “human spirit” in my life has been seeing a visually challenged person lead a rappeling expedition.

You mademoissele and monsieur earned my awed respect and admiration!

  6. Thanks MM!

I always find something new or inspiring or disturbing;) on your blog and that’s what keeps me coming back:).

    cheers.

  7. One pair had done the same thing in dance india dance(Zee tv). It was telecasted some two months ago. I think that was better than this.

And in your opinion....
